I love that I have a great degree of Control and Freedom within my job. I work full-time on a flexible schedule, both in and out-of-office, and my boss trusts me to produce high-quality work and results. The 1st and foremost thing I like about FIBRO is its Culture. The company is 'Employee Centric along with a Goal Focused Approach'. Last year I met with a serious road accident last year. FIBRO handhold, throughout my fighting with life and death and later at the recovery stage. The team supported me morally and financially.
