SINTERED WEAR PLATES
Principle
- FIBRO Sintered Wear Plates consist of a steel metal base on which a 2 mm layer of sintered material is applied which contains solid lubricants (graphite and MoS2) and liquid lubricant (oil) dispersed in homogeneous mode at microscopic level
- Wear Plates surface consists of 20-25% surface part as a lubricant
- During working lubricant is exuded between the sliding surfaces thereby forming a film and preventing direct contact of the working surfaces, like a conventional lubricant
- Working Temperature Range is -40°C to 250°C
- Thus, surface contact is more extensive at the same time the self-lubricating effect is greatly improved
